Returns Policy
Unworn items can be returned within 28 days at the customer's expense. Delivery is not refundable. If the item is faulty then postage will be refunded, please enclose a proof of posting when returning faulty items to us.
Cancellation Policy
Due to all orders being processed by hand at one location we are able to accept cancellations within the first full 24 hours of when the order was placed/any requests for order cancellations received after this time cannot be accepted.
If you are unable to submit a cancellation within the first full 24 hour deadline you may still return your purchased Alexander Boyd packages unopened, after receiving them for a full refund or credit
to our online store.
