Terms and Conditions
This site is operated by Charles Craufurd Holdings, trading as
Alexander Boyd. All our products are sold subject to the following
conditions:

Your order confirms your acceptance to our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change these terms on occasion and these
take effect from such time as they are posted on the website.

Orders can be placed online through the website, using a secure
payment method, or by telephone on 0207 377 8755. We will confirm
by email / telephone the receipt of your order, and advise of the
expected delivery time.

Should there be any problem in processing your order, we will advise
you immediately to discuss the options available.
5 \
Colours of garments displayed on the website are as accurate as
possible. Different monitors may slightly alter the true colour of the
product, therefore we can’t guarantee your monitor will reflect the
exact colour of the garment delivered.
6 \
Prices Shown on the website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive
of VAT at the standard rate charged in the UK.

If on receipt of the order, there is found to be a fault with the product,
we will replace or refund the cost of the garment on its return to us,
together with the postage costs. Please contact us to request a returns
form and freepost label. We advise that you obtain a "receipt of posting"
from the Post Office in case the goods are lost in the post.

If for any other reason you wish to return the goods to us, we will refund
the cost of the goods, less any delivery charges, providing that the goods
are unworn, with their original tickets and packaging. If an exchange is
required, shipping will not be charged to dispatch the replacement order.
However if a further exchange is required, standard shipping charges
will apply.

With the returned goods, you must include a completed returns form
detailing the reason for the return so that the goods can be identified
and checked. This enables us to credit you for the value of the goods
returned.

We will make every effort to deliver goods within a reasonable time
from the date of your order, normally 3–5 working days. However we
cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control,
such as adverse weather conditions, traffic delays etc.

The goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification,
subject to any qualification or representation contained in the website.
We do not make any other promises or warranties about the goods.
We will make every effort to keep the website available and free from
inaccuracies at all times, but are unable to guarantee that will always
be the case, and do not accept liability to that effect.

The contents of the pages within the website are the intellectual property

Voucher Codes
Codes are entered at the checkout where the discount or monetary offer
will be deducted.
Codes do not apply to items already on special offer on the site, and
cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer / code.
Codes are only valid until the expiration date given.
And goods already on special offer or on sale on the site.
Vouchers codes are only valid until the expiration date shown on the
voucher.
Competitions
Prizes offering goods to the value of a monetary figure are based on
the full RRP of the goods. Sale prices or special offer prices do not apply.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Entrants to competitions must be over 18 years or have parental consent
and be resident in the UK or Ireland.
Winners will be selected randomly from all entrants.
Winners will be contacted via email shortly after the closing date of the
competition.
There is no cash alternative.
Alexander Boyd reserves the right to offer an alternative prize if necessary.
Employees of Alexander Boyd and their families are excluded from entering
competitions.
Data Capture
Alexander Boyd will only use private data collected via
www.alexanderboyd.co.uk to adequately process the persons order.
On occasion we may carefully select partners to contact our client base,
if you do not wish to be included on these lists please inform us directly.
Special Offers
All offers on the site are independent, and cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offer available on the site.
